Nate Lundstrom’s bags and leather goods are protected from the date of purchase by a one year limited warranty (proof of purchase required).  This warranty protects against damage due to any defective material or workmanship from normal use.  We will determine whether to repair or replace the item free of charge with the same comparable product.  The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or any alteration or repair performed by any other party than Nate Lundstrom.

To submit a request for repair, please follow the below:

  1. EMAIL US WITH REQUEST FOR REPAIR - Email returns@natelundstrom.us with your order number, date of purchase, explanation of the damage, and a corresponding photo showing the damage. An approval authorization is needed before item any product is sent back to Nate Lundstrom for repair. 
  1. SHIP INSURED & TRACEABLE - Ship your return back to us using your preferred method. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs. Please ship your item by insured, traceable mail, as Nate Lundstrom is not responsible for items lost in transit.
