World famous Horween Leather is the foundation and perfect complement for NATELUNDSTROM leather goods. Founded in 1905 and operating as the oldest tannery in the U.S., Horween’s goal for more than 100 years “has been to make the world’s best leather.” The leather is made by hand in Chicago, IL, using the finest quality American hides, & old world tanning techniques, resulting in a superior product to most leather available in the market today. The buttery soft leather is easily recognized for its luxurious quality and ages beautifully over time, adding unique patina to your NATELUNDSTROM leather item.
Taking this quality a step further and focusing on our commitment to sustainability, we primarily utilize Horween’s, vegetable tanned, Essex leather, tanned in the same method as the world famous Shell Cordovan. The Vegetable tanning method uses natural barks instead of harsh chemicals & metals found common in most modern leather tanning. This vegetable tanning process results in reduced environmental impact, important for generations to come.

PROCESSING TIME: Your order will be processed within 2-3 Business days, pending product availability and payment verification.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: Once shipped via your selected shipping method, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment with tracking number.
WRONG ADDRESSES: Any orders returned to us due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address provided on the order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
PO BOXES: We are unable to ship to PO BOX Addresses
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Customs, Duties, and Taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any applicable customs duties or taxes levied by your destination country are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine these costs before you place an order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns on full price items received in new condition for a full refund. You have 14 DAYS from the day you receive your shipment to return your item back to us. If you would like to return your item, you must request a return authorization and follow the instructions below.
We do not accept returns on sale merchandise. All Sale merchandise is Final Sale

- SHIP INSURED & TRACEABLE - Ship your return back to us using your preferred method. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Please ship your item by insured, traceable mail, as Nate Lundstrom is not responsible for items lost in transit.
**Please Note: Merchandise must be received in new condition. If items contain evidence of wear, credits or exchanges may not be issued. Returns not meeting the above criteria will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense and unfortunately you may not be entitled to a full refund or any refund. *
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Please allow one week from the date Nate Lundstrom receives your return for processing of your refund. Refunds are credited to the original payment card used at purchase once items have been deemed “like new.” Please allow one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY - If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process noted above and place a separate, new order for the new item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - Please declare your return as “9801 – US Goods Returning” on your commercial invoice. Keep a copy of this invoice and tracking number for your records.
FINAL SALE - All items marked final sale cannot be returned.
